About

Sean Cornelisse (1988) is an artist, writer and teacher based in The Hague. He borrows existing systems (a dictionary, a translation engine, a municipal service, an archive) and lets chance and language rework them from within. His work looks for the moment the everyday becomes unusual, in drawing, text, installation and the classroom.
